Come along and meet us!

We have a Club Room in the undercroft of Carlisle railway station and we meet there every week, usually on Wednesday evenings

The Club Room contains a large oval finescale layout (currently under construction) available for the running and testing of rolling stock

Wednesdays are our running nights, other evenings are reserved for layout maintenance although it is usually possible to allow some limited running

Our monthly Committee Meeting is usually held on the last Monday of the month in the Haywain pub at Little Corby (near Carlisle). After the conclusion of formal business we enjoy a convivial chat with model railways, naturally, being the main topic of conversation. Members will sometimes bring models to the meeting for inspection and discussion, and for entry into our Annual Modelling Competition

From time to time we organise other activities such as visits to modelling exhibitions and preserved railways, etc., and our annual Christmas Dinner
